Automatic Paraffin Embedding Station with Continuous Loading
Automating the paraffin embedding step improves productivity, ensuring clean and consistent paraffin blocks. Maintains tissue orientation and minimizes waste. Can automatically process up to 120 cassettes/hour, with 40 cassettes available for sectioning every 20 minutes, facilitating barcode monitoring and maintaining a continuous workflow.
Paraform Orientation Cassette System
The Paraform cassette system keeps the fabric orientation from the grossing stage without opening the cassette. It includes a frame, the inner part of the cassette and the orientation gel, resistant to solvents such as formalin, xylene and alcohol. Compatible with traditional processing and staining methods, the system allows paraffin blocks to be sectioned with conventional or automatic microblades, with Paraform blades recommended.
